The choreography department was founded in 1991. Children are taught national, classical, folk, character, entertainment dances. The choreography education program lasts seven years. Students can choose to attend: National, Entertainment, Classical, Contemporary dance and Brass Band dance groups. Children are taught the secrets of dance by choreography teachers:

The dancers are accompanied by Mr. concertmasters: Laima Pabriežaitė and Lina Gūžienė.

The department's teachers perfectly prepare their students for concerts, festivals, and competitions. Every school year, they organize half-year accounts for students' parents, Christmas concerts. Participates in events dedicated to Mother's Day, Music Day, Lithuanian Independence Day, Europe Day, goes to Lithuanian schoolchildren's and World Lithuanian song festivals. On the occasion of the International Dance Day, a Dance Festival is organized, where a large group of dancers from all educational institutions of the district gather.
