A TRIPARTITE AGREEMENT

With this contract, it is agreed to achieve a high quality of education, to develop the necessary competences and character traits for a student of music, choreography and art classes for the entire duration of education at the School of Art recommended by the Ministry of Education and Science, therefore we undertake:

    The school director – to monitor the progress of the educational process, as far as possible to flexibly coordinate the learning schedule taking into account the student's employment in the general education school; to ensure that the student is given the opportunity to participate in concert/exhibition, competition, educational activities; to create suitable conditions (material base and social-emotional environment ) for learning and self-expression. Parents - take an interest in the child's educational success, attend parent meetings, concerts/exhibitions; if possible, buy a musical instrument and equipment and clothing for the child, make sure that the child completes the tasks given by the teacher, attends classes; pay the remuneration for the formal education provided on time supplementary education and non-formal education; to ensure the child's participation in lessons, assessments, band rehearsals, concerts/exhibitions, competitions and other activities; to inform the class teacher about the child's health condition (specific disorders, allergic reactions, phobias), which may affect the learning process; to compensate damage caused by the child to the school's inventory or building. Pupil - attend classes, rehearsals of the chosen team, learn the tasks specified by the teacher; participate in settlements, concerts/exhibitions and other activities; June 30 decision no. T9-128 is paid a set remuneration for education supplementing formal education and non-formal education: for one chosen supplementary education (hereinafter FŠPU) music, choreography, art or early education program at Skuados Art School, parents (guardians) pay a monthly remuneration of 20 euros. In the departments of Ylakii and Mosėdis - 17 euros; for the two selected FŠPU programs, parents/guardians pay a monthly fee of 30 euros. In Ylakii and Mosėdis departments - 25 euros; for the selected non-formal education (hereinafter referred to as NŠ) self-expression program, parents/guardians pay a monthly fee of 10 euros (in Ylakii and Mosėdis departments 8 euros). . LT42 4010 0447 0006 0130 in DNB Bank, specifying the name and surname of the child in the purpose of payment: the fee is calculated for the previous month and is paid by the 20th of the following month; by September 30. – fee for the first half of the academic year, for 4 months (September-December); until January 31 - fee for the second half of the school year, for 5 months (January-May). If the remuneration for non-formal education is not paid for four consecutive months, the School sends a written warning to the parents, and if payment is not made by the date indicated in the letter, the School reserves the right to apply for debt recovery in accordance with the law. The fee is reduced by order of the school director for families who are recipients of social support according to the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on cash social support for needy residents: 50 percent for gifted students and families with two or three children attending school; for the education of the second child, the fee is reduced by 25 percent; for the education of the third child, the fee is reduced 50 percent. Point 7 of the description does not apply to children attending an early education program. Parents or other legal representatives of the child, applying for the fee for FŠPU relief, specified in point 7, until September 15. and until January 15 submits: a free-form application to the school director; a certificate of social support received. In case of absence due to illness for 2 weeks or more calendar days and upon submission of a parent's request within two working days, the amount of remuneration for FŠPU and NŠ is recalculated accordingly. for objective reasons (during the teacher's incapacity, when the teacher goes on a business trip, events, etc.), the fee is reduced by 10 percent per week by order of the school head. During the quarantine period, when students are not attending school, but the educational process is being organized remotely, the tuition fee is reduced by 50 percent. Tuition fee foreign children who have come to the Republic of Lithuania due to military operations and temporarily live in the territory of the Skuodas district municipality do not pay. If such a request is not submitted, the remuneration for non-formal education is calculated further and can be recovered according to the procedure established by law. The intellectual product created by the student together with the teacher at the school belongs to the school and the student. The school reserves the right to use this product as a methodical and representative tool of the school's activities. This tripartite agreement comes into force from the date of its signing and is valid for the period of the student's education at the Art School. The Art School reserves the right to change the remuneration for non-formal education and the granting of benefits by decision of the Skuodas District Municipal Council. Parents (guardians) will be informed about this in a signed additional addendum to the contract.
